How does ESASHOP’s service work?

Send us the list of products your business needs. We check availability and prepare a personalized quote. Once you approve the quote and complete the payment, we purchase the products in El Salvador, consolidate and prepare your order, and coordinate its handoff to the international carrier.
What box sizes can I request?

We offer two options: Box 25 lb, which holds up to 25 lb and measures 17 × 17 × 7 in, and Box 35 lb, which holds up to 35 lb and measures 20 × 20 × 12 in. You can choose the option that best fits your business needs.
What Products Can I Request?

You can request products available in El Salvador, such as candy and sweets, snacks, cereals and pantry staples, vitamins and personal care products, textiles, and other Salvadoran products. Some products are subject to review before we can confirm their availability and shipping eligibility.
Can I Request Products That Are Not Shown on the Website?

Yes. The categories shown on our website are examples and do not represent a fixed catalog. Send us the product name or a photo, and we’ll check its availability in El Salvador and whether it can be included in your order.
What Products Cannot Be Included in My Order?

We cannot include cash, glass containers or glass items, eyeglasses or sunglasses, syringes, perfumes, alcohol, drugs or controlled substances, cigarettes, prescription medications and pharmaceutical products, sharp objects, weapons or fire-related items, perishable foods, bouillon or seasoning cubes, animal-related products, or products requiring refrigeration.
Can I Request Food Products?

Yes. Some non-perishable foods may be reviewed for inclusion in your order. Availability and shipping eligibility will depend on the type of product and applicable requirements or restrictions.
How Do I Know How Much I’ll Pay in Total?

You’ll receive a personalized quote that includes the cost of the products, our sourcing and consolidation service, and international shipping, as applicable. The quote will be valid for 3 days.
How Do I Make a Payment?

Once you approve your quote, we’ll provide the available payment options and instructions to complete your order.
How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Estimated delivery time in the United States is 3–8 business days after the package is handed over to the international carrier.
Does ESASHOP Handle International Shipping Directly?

No. ESASHOP manages the purchasing process, consolidates and prepares your order, and coordinates its handoff to an international carrier. International transportation and final delivery are handled by the corresponding carrier.
Can I Receive My Order Anywhere in the United States?

Service availability will depend on the international carrier’s coverage for the destination address. This information will be confirmed during the quoting process.
What Should I Do If I Have Questions About a Specific Product?

Send us the product name or a photo via WhatsApp before placing your order. We’ll check its availability and whether we can include it in your order.
