Welcome to ESASHOP. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and our services. By requesting a quote, approving an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About ESASHOP
ESASHOP provides sourcing, purchasing, consolidation, and order preparation services for products purchased in El Salvador, as well as coordination of their delivery to an international shipping provider for shipment to the United States.
ESASHOP acts as an intermediary in the purchasing and order preparation process. ESASHOP is not the manufacturer of the requested products and does not directly provide international transportation services.
2. Quote Requests
Customers may submit a request specifying the products, brands, quantities, and product sizes or formats they wish to purchase.
Submitting a request does not constitute a final quote, a product reservation, or confirmation of product availability.
ESASHOP will verify availability and prepare a personalized quote based on the information provided by the customer.
3. Product Availability
ESASHOP currently offers two service options:
25 lb Box: Up to 25 lb. Approximate dimensions: 17 × 17 × 7 inches. Sourcing and consolidation service fee: US$250.
35 lb Box: Up to 35 lb. Approximate dimensions: 20 × 20 × 12 inches. Sourcing and consolidation service fee: US$350.
The cost of the products and international shipping is not included in these service fees and is quoted separately.
The weight and size limits for each box type must be observed.
6. Payments
The customer must make payment in accordance with the payment instructions and methods provided by ESASHOP.
ESASHOP may begin purchasing the products once the corresponding payment has been confirmed.
Any fees charged directly by banks, payment processors, or other third-party providers may be subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
7. Changes and Cancellations
The customer may request changes or cancellation before ESASHOP has begun purchasing the products.
Once products have been purchased, ESASHOP cannot guarantee that the items can be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Any return or exchange will be subject to the policies of the store or supplier where the purchase was made.
Any non-refundable costs or charges already incurred may be deducted from any amount eligible for a refund.
8. Permitted and Restricted Products
ESASHOP reserves the right to refuse products that cannot be legally purchased, handled, or transported, or that are subject to applicable restrictions.
We do not handle perishable products, hazardous or flammable materials, weapons, controlled substances, or other items prohibited or restricted for international transportation.
Certain foods, supplements, cosmetics, over-the-counter medications, products of animal or plant origin, and other items may be subject to additional requirements, inspections, or restrictions.
Acceptance of a product for quotation does not guarantee its final acceptance by the international shipping provider or the applicable authorities.
9. International Shipping
ESASHOP does not directly provide international transportation services.
Once the order has been prepared and consolidated, ESASHOP coordinates its delivery to an international shipping provider.
Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days after the package is delivered to the international shipping provider, unless a different timeframe is specified in the quote.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, inspections, weather conditions, logistics availability, the destination address, or other circumstances beyond ESASHOP’s control.
10. Customs, Regulations, and Destination
Shipments to the United States are subject to applicable laws, regulations, customs controls, and requirements.
ESASHOP may request additional information when necessary to prepare documentation or coordinate shipping.
Final acceptance and delivery of products may depend on the applicable authorities and the policies of the international shipping provider.
ESASHOP cannot guarantee that a product will be admitted by the applicable authorities when it is subject to inspection, restrictions, or special regulatory requirements.
11. Product Responsibility
Products are manufactured and sold by third parties.
ESASHOP does not manufacture the products and has no control over changes made by manufacturers to ingredients, formulations, packaging, sizes, labeling, or product characteristics.
If an issue is attributable to the manufacturer or seller, ESASHOP may assist the customer in identifying available options; however, any warranty, return, or refund will be subject to the policies of the applicable manufacturer or seller.
12. Information Provided by the Customer
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, contact information, requested products, and delivery address.
ESASHOP will not be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
13. Communications
By submitting a quote request, the customer authorizes ESASHOP to contact them by email, phone, or WhatsApp when necessary to manage their request, quote, or order.
Order-related communications may include requests for additional information, product availability, substitutions, payments, and updates related to order preparation.
14. Privacy
The processing of personal information provided to ESASHOP will be governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
15. Changes and Contact Information
ESASHOP may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The current version will be the one published on this website, together with its corresponding update date.
